Does WVL cover core costs?
Please refer to budget guidance. WVL covers human resource, MEL, operational and capital costs, as long as at least 50% of the budget is for programme costs.
If the Multi-Year fund is for 3 years, do we need to have had R1.5 million per year as income or over 3 years to be eligible (income criteria)?
You need to have had an income of at least R1.5 million and be able to prove this in the last financial year.
As a new applicant for this grant, can an organisation qualify to apply for the R1.3 million grant, or should we first start with the Opportunity Grant?
