I realise that Men’s Forums needs to be established as we do not talk about our problems and are short tempered.
Encounters with GL since first meeting I realise that Men’s Forums needs to be established as we do not talk about our problems and are short tempered. I learned to be more open to my partner, not to be abusive towards females.
The dialogue changes me personally as a result I had a lengthy discussion with my partner and made a promise to her to change, to be a better father to our kids, a better partner, to be respectful. There is still a lot that need to be done on a community level as men found themselves depress, filled with anger and under a lot of pressure. If we can have more programmes as conducted by the Rise Team in our communities, it will make a huge difference.
